Caregivers and Parents

Journaling groups offer space for caregivers and parents to reflect on their experiences, find support, and explore their lives outside of a caregiving role.
We use Journal to the Self techniques to create workshops that allow caregivers to express their emotions in a safe and supportive way, reflect on their challenges, and develop coping strategies. Journaling is an effective way to enhance a sense of wellbeing and maintain a sense of identity.
