JOURNAL TO THE SELF® WORKSHOPS

We offer 2-hour workshops with specific areas of focus, such as creativity, stress-reduction, business start-ups, and learning, as well as full 12- hour workshops (2 hours a week for six weeks) in which you will learn 18 different journaling techniques to expand your reflective writing. These tools will allow you to gently but powerfully explore various aspects of relationships with yourself, your life and with others.
In the Journal to the Self workshop designed and developed by Kathleen Adams and based on her book of the same name, you will experience 18 different journal techniques: Alphapoems, Artmaking, Captured Moments, Character Sketch, Clustering, Dialogue, Dream Log, 5-Minute Sprint, Guided Imagery, Inner Wisdom, Inventory, Lists of 100, Perspectives, Springboards, Stream of Consciousness, Time Capsule, Topics du Jour, and Unsent Letters.
