Journaling for Kids

Journaling can be a great learning tool and fun activity for children. It can help them to express their feelings and emotions, problem solve, keep track of important events and milestones, and especially help them improve their reading and writing skills. Even just a few minutes a day, or just a few sentences describing their day, or how they are feeling can be a great start to a journaling practice.

For more information on ways to begin journaling with your child, please take a look at these websites.
